I liked Cutler better than Orton. On TB, it's too early to grade/rank him.

But...here's what I see RIGHT NOW...

I think his leadership will be like Jake Plummer's. I think his game will most resemble his too. Athletic yet not superior physical traits.

Smart but not Peyton Manning brilliant.

TB has overcome career-threatening adversity so he's playing with house money right now. That reminds me of Manning when he came here and we had no idea if he could still compete at a high level.

Right now, I can't rank TB because he hasn't played any regular season or playoff games. I do think he has the game and brain, with any sort of good health for him and his offensive unit and any decent pass pro (a big if), to be as good as Brian Griese or Kyle Orton and maybe, if he sticks for a year or two as a starter, Cutler.
