I've read a lot about him. Here's my interpretation...
A wizard with ball and definitely would bring playmaking value. Tiny and likely to get exploited on defense. He's not Chris Paul. He scored well last season but has questionable shot mechanics.
Would he be a potential upgrade at PG? His upside says "yes." But he's a flawed player too. Is Kyle Lowery a comp? Maybe.
I think Denver will look more for a shot-making guard who is ready to defend and contribute, or a wing who is ready to defend and hit the 3. Will any good ones be available and is Denver smart enough to recognize them and draft them? Who knows?
