Biles looks like she can't find herself in the air to pull off landing properly. I imagine that's pretty scary. I can't even keep my balance walking along a railroad rail for more than 10 yards.

There have been athletes that stop during their season or in a game, but nothing of this high profile during the Olympics.

Many pitchers have had to stop pitching because they were too wild and could've hurt someone. I cringe when Bard pitches because he basically tries to hit the black on the zone every pitch. Great idea, but his stuff has too much movement.

Rick Ankiel got the yips really badly and switched to the OF and was pretty good for a while.
