When you’re a member of a society, collective liberty (laws) supersede..


Individual liberties. I.e, your individual liberty doesn’t give you the right to steal from or shoot your neighbor without consequence. If the constitution and laws of a society are a deal breaker then don’t be a member of that particular society. If you want to be an uber libertarian then perhaps a governing document like the constitution isn’t the thing for you.
