The baseball draft is the hardest to evaluate


I read a statistic that said only about half the first-rounders ever get to the majors. It's so hard to tell.

And while I am not suggesting the Rockies know what they're doing, they were just one of nine teams that passed on Kumar Rocker. The Mets took him with the 10th overall pick. Will he be a great major-leaguer? Who knows?
