Denver Air has actually improved over the last 40 years....

The Brown Cloud, while still a real issue is actually less today despite an additional 2 million people in the Denver metro. Early 1970's I have vivid memories of the Brown Cloud obscuring the front range as it rolled from north to south completely covering any view of the mountains.

My primary suggestion would be to not infringe on the constitutional rights of citizens while continuing to emphasize cleaner sources of energy like we have done for the past 40 years which has led to better air conditions despite large population growth.

With China adding 38 gigawatts of coal fired electrical generation in 2020 alone, these moves by Colorado Legislators is virtue signaling only that will have zero impact on Global Warming or Climate Change.

As John Kerry recently admitted, if the US achieved zero carbon emissions, it would do nothing to stop Global Warming because of increased carbon coming out of China and India.

So acting as a nanny state imposing unconstitutional orders onto citizens that will achieve zero actual benefit is certainly NOT the way to go in my opinion.
