My younger brother, covid survivor, finally got his first dose...

Monday. He had a bad reaction, woke up Tuesday feeling "shittyness" (his word) headache, low grade fever, fatigued and no appetite. I talked to him that day and he was taking it easy but really didn't feel well at all. I think it kinda scared him because he was hours away from being intubated and was in the hospital for 13 days. I reassured him that he would feel better Wednesday (yesterday) and he did in the morning but as the day went on he said the "shittyness" was back but not as bad as the day before. I haven't spoken to him yet today but expect he's better. My nephew, the LAFD fire fighter, had a bad case of covid and lost 30 lbs. but never had to be hospitalized and recovered, got his shot and also had a bad reaction but it only last one day. He was told those that had covid and had a rough time with it, have a stronger adverse reaction to the vaccine.

But they are covid survivors and they still got the vaccine.
