Picked up a copy of Athlon sports 2021 NFL draft guide.

They have Musta Johnson as the 17th best defense tackle. Here's their analysis:

STRONG POINTS: Johnsin is a stout interior lineman whose natural leverage plays to his advantage, and he has experience playing numerous spots across the defensive line, lining up as a 5-technique end, as well as some 3-technique and nose shade.
He has good get-off and gets low in shooting through gaps. He was used often and effectively on twists and stunts, showing the lateral movement skills to get across gaps and still create pressure. His closing speed allows him to finish plays.

WEAK POINTS: After a great 2018 season, the production declined. Johnson is undersized and underpowered, and he lacks the length to hold up effectively as a 5-technique at the next level. He has issues disengaging from blocks as a run defender and will likely get swallowed up inside, and he has issues tracking the ball in traffic. He's solely a one-gap penetrator.

SUMMARY: Even most odd fronts use one-gap penetrators now, so Johnson has more appeal than he might have had a decade ago. Still, he's likely limited to a traditional role, and he will have to prove early that he can win consistently in the pass rush.

FINAL GRADE 6th/7th round
