Seem Biden's plan to hurt US business competitiveness doesn't have the support.

The only bi-partisanship on the issue of raising corporate tax rates to 28% appears to be against it.

Joe Manchin has come out opposed to hiking corporate taxes to 28% saying:

"It's more than just me. There's six or seven other Democrats who feel very strongly about this. We have to be competitive, and we're not going to throw caution to the wind."
