It is entirely possible for a bill, especially an omnibus bill to have both good and bad parts. Just because there are positive changes does not erase the negative ones. I handed out water in CO during the last election. Nobody questioned me about it.. Voting hours are 9-5 not 8-5. Votes have to be verified with ID, DOB and address rather than just a signature match. The time to apply for absentee voting is cut in half.
