A few points
I agree that the East is a superior division to the P12S, but look at the starting points of the jobs...1) MSU has the assistant pay pool to retain veteran coaches, where at CU it has proven difficult to retain coaching talent, turnover is a continual issue. 2) MSU has been a perennial bowl team, CU has not. 3) MSU has consistently out recruited CU over the last two decades.
I know last season was unique but from what I saw, MSU is in jeopardy of being passed up by Indaina and Rutgers in the B10E. That doesn't bode well for MMT imo, but we'll see what happens.
