Gross revenue vs profit

Gross profit would be after normal expenses, like scholarships, facilities, the AD, and the like. From your list, but you only included scholarships.

Scholarship costs for all sports (~$12M)
~$16M Coaches Salary
~$16M Athletic Department Salaries
~$13M Overhead
~$13M Debt and Facilities

$70M is the total but how much of that is football related? And how much of the revenue is football related? The difference should define the gross profit. It looks like about half of $30M would be split. $15M split between 451 student athletes ~ $33k average for each. Plus $26.6K scholarship (average). If they keep it within the sport, football players will get most of it, even though they stand to benefit the most if they turn pro in their sport. If they calculated negative gross profit then sports except football and men's basketball would get nothing. So really the split is between 120 or so - $125K per player?

How does Title IX work under these conditions?

So when you take out $15M to distribute to athletes, where does the $15M come from?
