Best college towns for what? :-) Starkville, Mississippi over


Palo Alto California? Ever been to Palo Alto? The Stanford campus is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful hills of the Pacific Coast Range, and a town full of upscale restaurants, galleries, concerts, theatre arts, high end shopping, all sorts of possible recreation and sports.
I do agree with Boulder being #1. But after that, what on earth is this guy talking about?
Starkville, Mississippi? Ames, Iowa? Lubbock, TX?
