Recruiting in the men's game is so different

For most recruits in the men's game college is about a step to the pros. Their goal is not to win a ring, its to get drafted.You just don't see as many all-Americans concentrated on one team. In the women's game the goal is the ring, so you can get more great players at one school.

Don't get me wrong, I think Geno would have success, I just don't think he'd be Geno, he'd be Calipari. (Not bad company by the way.) Or Knight.
