And then, they still need to be coached and developed, as individuals and then build a cohesive team. Look at Duke, KU, Kentucky in men's basketball. For all the elite talent they regularly get, how many championships does Coach K, Roy Williams/Bill Self or Calipari have?

Coach K - 5 (amazing), KU (1) with those coaches, Calipari (1).

Geno? He's Wooden.

Look at Pat Summit. She was the queen of college hoops for years, a historical great and yet she's so far in Geno's rearview mirror as far as greatness.

We can disagree yet I'd humbly say he could be a very successful men's coach.
