How good would Wooden have been at another program?

I know its blasphemy, but Wooden had all the talent in the world. Same with Geno. He started when there were very few programs around and had his pick of the talent. Even to this day he gets the pick of the litter. He is no doubt a great coach, but he also benefited greatly from starting at the right time. Coach K is a good example of this as well. If Coach K had started coaching 20 years later, he wouldn't be Coach K because he would have gotten fired in today's climate, but because it was the 80's he was able to ride out a few rough patches.
