Being at the Capitol makes it more reprehensible


However, that was a one time deal. People are shitting on the sidewalks in SF and Seattle daily. It has become the norm. What is being done about it?? What is being done about the homelessness and the shit and the needles?? Oh, it's not happening at the Capitol so it's OK??
