Bills not false, but the result of a variable rather then fixed rate system

You have a choice of selecting a 12 month fixed predetermined rate or just going with a variable rate that is based on the daily cost. VR generally slightly lower except in cases where the grid needs to get power from an external source, then it becomes highly inverted.

Metering is fairly advanced. You have a house meter in which you can see both cumulative and instantaneous use, and which can be accessed by an iPhone type of App where all kinds of recent power usage data can be visualized.

I would think and hope some remedy is found for those type of extreme bills. Not sure what it is since it is a cost that someone has to pay. Perhaps whatever supplier provided the energy and is due payment will suspend.
