They are not very bright because we know and have been told, we will still need to mask up when out and about. They can go sit out on their patio, which I assume you all have, and get fresh air. Or go to a green area, like a park and avoid all others if they must have their "fresh air". But probably you'll just be wasting your covid mask breath.
