I find it "funny" that when electricity has been down and still not...

up in some areas, their computers can still churn out bills in one week! And if they have those computer readings of the usage, why were they able to provide billing information, obviously false readings to certain people, whether residential or business in such a short period of time?

And how did they think they would get away with it?
