He'll be expected to win significantly and quickly and get the defense

fixed and make the offense top 5 or top 10 in the country.

He knows what he's getting himself into after being at USC and Alabama. The question is can he do it? If he can recruit like Mack Brown did and own the state and if he can go back to Cali and get Rickey Williams-like studs, he will win big.

I really thought Charlie Strong was a high-character hire and would do very well but it goes to show you have to be 1) an elite recruiter and you have to have 2) a dominant yet effective leadership personality and acumen.

A lot to ask of Sark but he reminds me of someone in the college game who is very successful and if Sark is sober, I think he will be very successful. In time, Herman would have succeeded. Sark knows patience is low. He has to win 9 or 10 games, then a bowl game, quickly. He has to make UT a consistent powerhouse or he will be under attack.
