I think it's reasonable to expect a pulse, a sign of life out of that


position.

Nobody can beat a linebacker or safety and catch a ball to make the offense more difficult to defend?

I agree CU has done a pitiful job recruiting and developing tight ends, a HUGE personal pet peeve of mine because a quality tight end does wonders for a QB and offense. I just don't see how Embree can get a "grade" of "C" or better for his work last season. Now if he was the point man on the signing of Eric Olsen, then his "grade" definitely goes up.
