CS is nice. Several years ago, they had to stop watering parks/golf course

Did those recover yet. Several parks were in bad shape.

CS has a nice quality of life. So does Castle Rock, Parker and several other R towns. But Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Golden, Fort Fun are also nice places to live.
