No one got luckier in his career than Ricardo,


Managing a 7/11, then joins CU staff and is named the interim coach when Harrington got fired. He has the team sleep in the Events Center and then Chauncey has an unbelievable sophomore year and the stage is set for Ricardo's career. He could not have been in a better situation, and none of it was because he was a good coach. TB is ten times the coach, too bad he wasn't hired sooner.
