Fair point, but don't you call time out with 55 seconds left just in case


they score? Also, is moving up a little bit in the draft a bad thing from a pure logic perspective? Meaningless win or loss at the end of the day. Same amount of picks higher up no matter who is picking increases your odds or capital?
