There are rumors that Penn State will play through the whistle, and that the entire fourth quarter will be counted after half time. There is direct evidence that Penn State plans on using 12 men on the field.

If the big red does lose, the game will not be conceded. An "L" will not be accepted and the game will be contested. It will not be a win for Penn State nor a loss for Nebraska. Game film will be submitted to the Big Ten for review. If the B1G doesn't do what is right for football and the American way, the game will be appealed all the way up to the Nebraska Board of Regents for a ruling.
