Reinstated to team but not cleared medically

I don't get cleared medically. I heard he was reinstated, but didn't hear about anything medically.
Also haven't heard if the waiver was done.

Everything about Alfano's abilities points to him helping the defense in a noticeable way. A
dominant pass rusher might take a double team a lot of the time and open up lanes for others including blitzes. Everyone would love to see him play.
