I know he made the playoffs four times and won some playoff games but my word, lately he's been off his rocker with trades. The Clowney deal with Seattle was like puzzling (value received in return), the one with Miami was well intentioned with Tunsil and Stills (both needs) and the Hopkins' trade was very Belichickian (sell when you don't want to resign a guy and before you forfeit trade return leverage) but man, he fleeced himself often.

JJ Watt is no longer who he once was (superhuman) and Watson (as very good as he is) can't do it all alone. Not sure who is worse right now ,O'Brien (now canned) or Elway.
