and you are not going to get that in a pandemic. I haven't had many interactions with Charlie but from the few I have had I get the impression they are delirious to be out of the meat business in Greely and living the dream in Denver.

MLB in Denver is a license to print money. The local fans come win or lose and lots of the opponents' fans make a special trip to enjoy some baseball and Colorado. I am not sure what their motivation to sell would be?
