Read the order and tell me this isn't ridiculous.


And you're being unfair to the vast majority of kids who are acting responsibly. Here's an excerpt:

Gatherings of any size within the City of Boulder of anyone 18-22 years old is prohibited.

A gathering is defined as more than one individual coming together or being physically near each other for any shared and common purpose, including socializing or participating in any activity together including but not limited to shopping, dining, or exercising.

Oh and that doesn't mean 2 kids gathering...that means no one of any age can "gather" with someone 18-22. If I wanted to go on a walk with my kid at Chataqua, that's a Class 1 misdemeanor.

This is beyond absurd.
