Vaccine by October is/was a massive promise

Wide distribution by April isn't so much so. Don't think it sways a material number of voters.

RBG's passing is a much greater impact to the election. Not sure whether it galvanizes liberals or motivates conservatives more than the other. But however it ends up, it certainly moves the needle much more than another in a long list of Trump treatment promises (predictions).
