I live right by San Francisco -- next county over. Just called my hair

salon. They are open for one customer at a time. My senior community does not allow stylists to come in from the outside and give haircuts on the patio, etc., as haircuts are not considered an essential service. So, the customers go to them.
They are open for one customer at a time. Our county is under exactly the same regulations as San Francisco County. --- B4E
