Bob gets his hair cut regularly. He goes in with a mask but when washing or cutting, no mask. The salon owner is heavily masked with one that covers his entire head and face. The owner/stylist takes temps, he records everything in a log and yes, only one client at a time. I also have a friend that is laid up and can't get to the salon and he comes to her home and does her hair. That is allowed. Another friend has a different salon/stylist come to her home for cut/style because of a shoulder injury.

That is California regulations reg. hair salons.
