Bucks decide to sit right before game. NBA cancels all 3 games today.
...That's fine and dandy and they can do that. However, for a bunch of rich dudes, who aren't nearly as in touch as they think they are, to sit down in protest is not going to be that effective. They have every right to to that, but I don't think it's as effective as playing.
The messages on their shirts and what they are saying after games when there is a big national audience probably reaches more people than just sitting down. IMO the message is pretty clear each night at each game. I don't know if this message resonates with who they are trying to effect. Keep playing, and keep spreading the message. Sitting doesn't really do much to strengthen their message. Maybe I'm wrong and this is what they should do?
The Bucks, being from near Kenosha, have some credibility on this.
