family. There is something magical about that place. The original owners still lived in the house. Got there mid morning so it was not too hot and the morning sun made you want to say “let’s play two”. There was a steady crowd filing in the two hours we were there. There was a reverence everyone had as they walked around. The only thing I wasn’t able to do was have a cold brew while I sat in the stands :-). What a memory. Best line on the movies...”dad, you wanna have a catch”... brings a tear to my eye even now :-)
