I totally disagree

I think he knew the threat but chose to live life the way he wanted.

My brother-in-law is a biker. Rides his Harley. Drinks about a 12-pack of Bud every day. Smokes cigars. Weighs about 350. Nicest guy in the world and is living life the way he chooses. He knows what he's doing to his body and accepts the consequences. Cain knew Covid is dangerous. He chose to not live in fear. That's his choice and people make their choices every day.
