I just don’t know if Brady is that “culture change” kind of guy

Like Peyton was here in Denver. It’s one thing to be a leader on the field of an organization like the Patriots and another to essentially be The Franchise. Peyton was a player/coach with real managerial authority most of his career on teams that were almost 100% dependent upon his success to be successful teams. I’m not sure anyone thinks of Brady like that. I think guys respect the heck out of him and want to play with him, but I think having that managerial authority (do it my way or be gone) that allows a player to come in and single-handedly change the culture. I don’t even know if that’s a role Brady seeks, tbh. I could be totally wrong. It’ll be interesting to see what happens!
