It's Constitutional for public safety or health


The problem comes when almost all other businesses and services are opening (restaurants, retail stores, etc.) but churches are forced to stay closed.

IMO it should depend on the size of the facility and how many people typically use it. Church leaders need to maintain social distancing measures.
