What is “the whole black community”? Is this an independent voting block


That often toggles between voting Democrat or Republican and ultimately decides the outcome of elections despite it’s minority representation? Sounds powerful.

But then, don’t you think it might be a tad racist to assume “black” individuals must belong to a thinking/voting monolith and therefor the “black vote” is something to be negotiated on by exclusively dealing with and appealing to The Leaders of The Black Community?
