Three major things...

First, I was hoping for some escapism. I was hoping to watch the entire draft without hearing about Covid-19. If anything they went overboard and wouldn't stop talking about it. Constantly. Every commercial break. In between draft picks. During draft picks. Just stop.

Second, the views of owners, GM's, directors of player personnel, head coaches, etc. sitting in their houses doing NOTHING got very boring after awhile. Although, I did chuckle when Belichik (sp) wasn't on camera and his dog was in his chair.

Third, the draft always features a lot of drama (seems like every player has a dad, mom, grandma, etc. who died) but this draft seemed to use the drama to fill time. Plus, they showed video clips (not just photos) of relatives of the draftee playing sports..."Here's Billy Bob's mom playing basketball for Division VII Hidden Valley St back in 1984...." It was just too much fluff.

I did like the later rounds better as there was less time between picks so there was less fluff.
