Oh no, not saying that, but I think you would agree MPJ is superior to

..Grant as a scorer and more importantly, a rebounder.

I am impressed with Grant's shotmaking. He's been good.

Yet MPJ is so much better on the glass, an area were Grant seems to be allergic to the work that needs to be done. He's honestly, very poor in that skill.

MPJ can also draw more defensive attention and with some improved passing (not a strength yet) he could create more open shots for teammates.

Grant to me should be a backup and spot starter.

I know he's been starting for injury-plagued Millsap this season yet I think Paul too should likely either be a backup now or they need to limit his minutes.

Integrate MPJ into the lineup and hold him to high standards of production and at least competency on D, which means film study and being coachable when Malone, his assistants and teammates correct him.

I know lineups are matchup dependent but I'd go something like: MPJ, Jokic and Sap; Murray and Harris.

Truthfully I want to play mad scientist with the backcourt too and go Morris at the point and Murray at the two and bring Harris off the bench or use him as a starter in some 3-guard offenses when matchups demand it.
