If you coached HS ball, that's one thing but Tad recruited these players

If they have deficiencies, he knows about them and it is up to him (and his staff, which he hired too) to develop mindsets and skills.

I'm not hating on Tad tonight. Oregon is a good team, talented, more talented than CU and playing at home.

Yet CU played extremely poorly in the second half and looked powerless to stop it. The Buffs were very poor to start and end the first half. They played great for a while. Looked unstoppable.

Let's hope CU vs. OSU shows us the Buffs are still who we want them to be.
