Hu Gete

Seems like you and I are on the same page when it comes to voting this year. I'll vote for any dem, like them or not. Can't vote for Trump. I'm no fan of Bernie or Warren either. I never trust those on the far left or right. They're often "true believers". That is they're passionette, honest and "my way is the only right way". I much prefer "one of the boys" They're much more pragmatic, ready to compromise and seem to play the political game better. Pete is an excellent example.
Like you, I could get behind Bloomberg for that reason. Hes seems to bend to whichever way the political wind is blowing, to get elected. (He was a dem, the a gop'er new a dem again.) And he's doing it the American way - he's buying the election!!
To change the subject, I'm laid up. Ley dropped a ham on my foot! (She says it was an accident but I have my doubts!) Anyway, sitting here staring at my damaged appendage, I think about my mortality. I've decided to write my own obit, and not trust others to tell lies (or worse the truth) about me after I shove off. I'm in the outline stage, listing my regrets and dislikes. So far, my biggest regret, is voting for Nixon. Some things a person never gets over. I also believe that's when my downhill spirolle began. Some of the things I've decided I dislike, are kale, those stupid ancestry tests and anythig Kardashian. I shall keep you updated. Take care. Later - Ed
