You're right that there's more behind those stats. But I feel like we've seen enough over 2.5 years to know what the results will likely be if we put too much on SM, especially in the pocket. He'll have two great games like those NU games (which account for 2 of the 4 wins in the >= 35 stats), and then we'll play ourselves out of 2-3x more games, particularly ones on the margin where I think we have a shot at coming from behind to win in the 4th quarter. And I think WSU might be one of those games this year.
