Every program on msnbc has first covered all the up to date hurricane news.

and that was non stop. But from about Wednesday on, is when this altered sharpie map became news....and it is news because of how he keeps denying it so it stays in the news cycle. But they have also within the last few days been talking about the candidates in New Hampshire this weekend, etc and current polling, but even so, that is pretty boring too because it's still so early. I don't see why as soon as a new Congress and/or president is sworn in, they start covering the next election. And that is what happened basically. Since the midterms, it's been all about the candidates throwing their hats (too many hats) in the ring and having silly debates that don't allow a decent amount of time to answer questions or rebut, so that is a waste of time. I'm really tired of all the hype about who is running for the dems, the over and over story about Biden's "gaffes" which are not important compared to trump's b.s. and ongoing lies every day and so it's kinda a dead period in politics until they come back from their vacation and until hurricanes stop coming (which will never happen) and so the focus is on that. It's pretty hard to get excited about any of it, at least for me. As far as I'm concerned, the best "news" of the week has been trump's stupid sharpie map.
