Was their turnover on the OL? Maybe they had some chemistry issues.
Some teams come out flat at the beginning of the season. We have seen CU in the past look bad too. Sometimes it is the early warning signs of a bad football team and other times, with non-CU schools, it is just a team slow to start. Should Nebraska have run them off the field? Yes. Yet that team is more talented than it showed, better than it showed and I think some people (not you) expecting CU to roll don't realize how big a job MT and his staff have and how the Buffs are not yet at that level.
