Are you suggesting that the DA delayed the case to help the Huskers?


That's far fetched, especially given that the DA is from California.

I don't know enough about the circumstances to say whether the suspension was appropriate. Sounds like it might have been too lenient. Assuming it was, that's really a separate issue from the preliminary hearing getting continued.
