I feel that they got additional benefits for the extra expense, because


previously, they had very low coverage "junk" plans which did not provide for pre-existing conditions or which only kicked in after the insured person paid a $10,000 deductible. So, people who were charged higher premiums actually received more benefits.

But our farm families -- the backbone of America, and the leaders of our rural counties, are losing the markets for their products. There are some subsidies for their products, but their market is gone, and no one knows how long the subsidies will last. - B4E
