Well, we get quite the crop of mushrooms in our lawns...

every year. They look like the same kind you buy in the store unless they get too big then get to looking strange. I wonder if people ever actually eat them.

Aren't there dogs or pigs or some animal that sniff out edible mushrooms? It sounds like Ida's wife is an expert on morels and others know which are ok to eat too. I never knew there was wild asparagus to pick on your own.
