Unfair question comparing to Bama/Georgia. Of course, he'll say...


we'll recruit non-stop
we'll go after the best players, etc, etc

But at the end of the day, they have to sign 20-25 players that they can get and some will have to be developed. Many kids want the success to come automatically and play for an established winner. He has to convince players that is where we're headed.

He'll bring in some talent, but some of it will still need to develop here.
